Greg Baker is an experienced professional in employee development and diversity management, currently serving as the Manager of Employee Development at Sedgwick County Government since January 2013. Greg's extensive background includes managerial roles in diversity and compliance at Bombardier Learjet, as well as earlier positions at Raytheon Aircraft and Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation. Greg holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resources Management and Services from Friends University.
