James Arnce has extensive experience in networking and telecom management, currently serving as System Admin and Networking & Telecom Manager for Sedgwick County Government since 2015. Previously, James held multiple roles within Sedgwick County, including Interim Customer Support Manager, overseeing a team of eleven employees, and Enterprise Support Analyst, where responsibilities included designing network infrastructure, maintaining various Exchange systems, and troubleshooting technical issues. Prior to this, James worked as a Network Administrator at Transitions Group, Inc., where skills included implementing and maintaining network systems and supporting users remotely. James holds a Bachelor of General Studies degree in Criminal Justice from Wichita State University and multiple technical qualifications focused on network technologies.
