Michele Goodwin has extensive experience in case management and customer service, currently serving as a Case Specialist and Senior Case Specialist at CareWorks Technologies and Careworks, respectively, since June 2008. Previously, Michele worked in customer service at Coresoure from September 1998 to June 2004. In terms of education, Michele is currently pursuing a degree in Education at Walden University, with prior studies resulting in an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Columbus State Community College, completed in 2008.
