Sandy Agarwal has over 30 years of work experience. From 1988 to 1992, they worked as a Senior Sales Engineer/Product Launch at JCB India Ltd. From 1992 to 2000, they were a Regional Sales Manager/Product Specialist Water well Drills at Ingersoll Rand. From 2000 to 2007, they were the Director of Business Development at C-Shell Inc. Finally, from 2007 to 2012, they were the President of Sedna Consulting Group, where they managed the Sales and Marketing team for Recruiting and Consulting operations.

Sandy Agarwal attended Springdales School in New Delhi, India from 1969 to 1983, where they obtained their high school degree. Sandy then attended DAV College in Chandigarh, India from 1983 to 1984, where they obtained their Pre Engineering degree. Finally, they attended Punjab Engineering College in Chandigarh, India from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained their BE Production degree in Industrial Engineering.
