Suresh Talluri has worked in a variety of roles across a number of companies. In 2019, they worked as a Manager HR and Training for Sedna Consulting Group, Inc. In 2018, they worked as a Freelance Trainer for Be Best! Consultants, where they taught IELTS, TOEFL PTE and Communication Skills to students in Vijayawada. In 2015, they worked as a Manager – Business Development for Professional Guru (A KBS Company). From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Managing Partner for Rapid IT Technologies and Consulting, where they managed complete Branch Administration, achieved Sales revenue targets, and generated additional revenue. From 2010 to 2009, they worked as a Manager – US IT Staffing and Training for Influx Info Solutions Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment. In 2009, they worked as HR at Genpact for Superior Talent India Pvt Ltd. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Consultant – HR for GENPACT, where they were the SPOC for five processes, sourced resumes, screened and shortlisted candidates, and scheduled interviews and onboarding sessions.
