Megan Pain CA(SA) currently serves as Head of Accounting and Finance Manager at Sedna since February 2023. With prior experience as Audit Assistant Manager at KPMG UK from June 2021 to February 2023 and various roles at KPMG across different locations—including Supervisor and Senior Associate—Megan has built a solid foundation in audit and finance. Responsibilities have included reviewing audit work, team management, coaching, engagement planning, risk assessment, and compliance evaluations with IFRS. Megan completed CA (SA) articles at KPMG South Africa and has significant exposure to the asset management, retail, hospitality, and fitness industries. Megan holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Cape Town, obtained in 2016.
