Molly Sestak

Molly Sestak currently serves as an Ambassador for the Sales Enablement Collective and holds the position of Head of Enablement at Sedna, where support is provided to AEs, BDRs, CSMs, and PS. Previously, Molly was with Okta as Interim Head of Business Development and Senior Enablement Manager, contributing to significant team growth and winning multiple awards, including Star of the Quarter for Q3 2021. At Showpad, Molly excelled as a Sales Enablement Specialist, developing onboarding and competency frameworks. Molly's career includes roles in business development, marketing, and sales support across various companies, complemented by a strong educational background with a Master’s degree in International Migration from the University of Kent and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Hofstra University.
