Jason Ballard

Jason Ballard serves as the Director of Information Technology & Security at Sedona Technologies since October 2014, previously holding the position of IT Business Solutions Manager. With extensive experience in IT management, Jason has successfully led internal and external IT Infrastructure teams to enhance customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution and process improvements. Prior to Sedona Technologies, Jason was the Director of Managed Services at Midland Communications, where a comprehensive portfolio was developed. Earlier roles include IT Director at Gemvision Corporation, Owner/President at NetSignalz.com, Inc., Infrastructure Analyst at John Deere, and Tech Support at Quad-Cities Online. Jason's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networking and Theology from St. Ambrose University, along with an Associate’s degree in Architecture and Computer Science from Black Hawk College.
