Michael Formaini

Michael Formaini, CSP, MBA, is the Vice President of Health, Safety, and Environment at Sedron Technologies, where they focus on EHS leadership and fostering positive change. Previously, they served as Director of EHS & Workforce Development at Duquesne Light Company, enhancing safety culture and developing training initiatives. Michael's extensive background includes roles as a Safety Engineer at Chevron and Lederle Laboratories, as well as managerial positions at GE and Matrix NAC. They are also an adjunct professor in Occupational Safety at Gannon University. Michael is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an MBA at Penn State University.
