Navle Ajay is a QC Engineer with extensive experience in quality control and inspection processes. Currently at SEE Linkages Pvt. Ltd. since April 2019, Navle is responsible for day-to-day planning of inspection work, managing product packaging, and conducting SAP-related tasks, along with proficient use of optical scanning machines for critical product inspections. Prior to this role, work experience includes a position as QC Engineer at Grindwell Norton Ltd. from August 2016 to July 2018, and as a Junior Executive at Alembic Glass Limited from October 2013 to August 2016, where workshop activities were managed. Navle holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat Technological University, obtained between 2017 and 2020, and a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Bharuch Jobs and Careers, completed from 2009 to 2012.

The Divisions have a competently equipped contemporary CNC machine shop with 24 state of the art machines imported from Japan, Singapore, Germany and the USA.
