Stephanie Chastain

Stephanie Chastain, MSEd, currently serves as a Training and Development Specialist at SEE ROCK CITY, INC. since March 2013, where responsibilities include planning and conducting training using the ADDIE model across various modules such as Guest Service and OSHA compliance. Prior experience includes roles as an IT Trainer and Testing Coordinator at Community Health Alliance, where IT onboarding and training were delivered via webinars, and as an Independent Contractor teaching computer classes at multiple educational institutions in Tennessee. Additionally, Stephanie managed the IT help desk and later transitioned to an IT Trainer position at Henry Medical Center. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Training and Performance Improvement from Capella University and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and Social Service Professions from Kennesaw State University.
