Emile Sherman is a highly experienced professional in the film and arts industries, currently serving as the Managing Director of See-Saw Films since January 2009. In addition to this role, Emile has been the Director of The Ethics Centre since 2019 and previously directed the Sydney Writers' Festival from 2013 to 2019. Emile's educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Master of Arts (MA) in English, both obtained from the University of New South Wales (UNSW).

The innovative production company is made up of an industry-leading team across offices in London and Sydney, with Helen Gregory and Simon Gillis as Joint Managing Directors, and Liz Watts as Head of Television and Film, Australia. See-Saw has an in-house sales arm Cross City Films, which handles international sales of its titles in select territories. See-Saw has two joint venture production companies: 'I Am That' – with creator/director Garth Davis (Lion), and 'Picking Scabs' – with writer/showrunner Samantha Strauss (The End). And a new in-house label 'fanboy' run by Heartstopper EP Patrick Walters. See-Saw has also invested in Tom Winchester’s TV company, Pure Fiction alongside talent agency Hamilton Hodell.
