Marco Urban

Marco Urban possesses extensive experience in hospitality and project management, currently serving as Leiter Projektmanagement, Qualitätsmanagement, and ICT, as well as Leiter IT und digitale Innovationen at See-Spital Horgen/Kilchberg since April 2014. Responsibilities include managing restaurant operations, a conference center, catering services, and hotel rooms, alongside overseeing various projects focused on lean management. Previous roles include F&B Manager at Radisson Blu (2009-2014) and various positions in food and beverage management and culinary training, beginning as a Koch at Radisson Blu Basel. Marco Urban holds a Master in Business Process Management and several CAS degrees in requirements engineering, operational excellence, and business process engineering from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, complemented by a state-certified hotel management degree from Hotelfachschule Heidelberg.
