Brit Hutchins

Brit Hutchins has held a number of roles in the finance and accounting fields since 2000. In 2000, they began their career as the Assistant Vice President of Finance and Information Technology at Sonexis. In 2003, they took on the role of Interim CFO at Chasma. In 2013, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Aras Corporation and raised over $5 million in Venture Equity and Debt. In 2015, they held the roles of VP of Finance and CFO at CrowdComfort and Interim CFO at Vionx Energy Corporation. In 2017, they became the Chief Financial Officer at JazzHR and raised $6 million in venture capital. In 2019, they took on the role of CFO Consultant at See Yourself Health. In 2020, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Essex County Community Foundation and CXO at Trend Intelligence.

Brit Hutchins received a BA in Economics with Minors in Mathematics and Art from Williams College in 1987. Brit then attended the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, where they earned their MBA in Entrepreneurial Finance in 1992. Prior to that, they attended Choate Rosemary Hall from 1981 to 1983. In 1993, they obtained a Chartered Financial Analyst certification from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts. Most recently, they obtained a Using Power BI with Excel certification from LinkedIn in April 2020.
