Penny Cornish

Penny Cornish is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within notable organizations. Currently serving as the People Support Team Lead at SeeAbility since June 2025, Penny previously held the position of Head of HR Delivery and Operations for Europe at the International Rescue Committee from August 2022 to May 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Operations for People & Culture at Plan International, HR Manager, and HR Adviser at the International Rescue Committee, and International HR Adviser at the British Red Cross. Penny's background encompasses comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, project management, and international HR solutions. Educational qualifications include an MA in Human Resource and Employment Management from London Metropolitan University and a BA in Human Geography from the University of Leicester.
