Ali Farzbod

Ali Farzbod has a diverse work history starting in 2010 as the Director of Scientific Association in the Aerospace Engineering Department at Amirkabir University of Technology. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at the University of Texas at Arlington as a Graduate Research Assistant and Adjunct Professor. Ali then went on to become the Chief Executive Officer at Nano Liquid Solutions, a company focused on developing a microfluidic screening platform for blood testing. Since 2020, they have been the Chief Executive Officer at SeebeckCell Technologies, which develops and manufactures liquid-based thermoelectric modules and power generators for various applications, including providing higher fuel efficiency and power to the oil and gas industries.

Ali Farzbod earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic in 2012. Ali then went on to earn a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington between 2013 and 2018. Ali Farzbod has also obtained several certifications including Energy, Environment and Sustainability from Texas Engineering Executive Education in January 2021, DRUG AND MEDICAL DEVICE DEVELOPMENT: A STRATEGIC APPROACH from MIT xPRO in November 2019, Strategic Management (Copenhagen Business School) from Coursera Course Certificates in January 2018, and I Engage Mentoring Program from University of Texas at Arlington in September 2013.
