Alex Penketh

Alex Penketh currently serves as the Head of Technical Support at SeeChange Technologies since August 2025. Prior to this role, Alex worked as the Regional Support Lead - EMEA at SambaNova Systems from October 2023 to July 2025, and as a Senior Linux Systems Engineer at Fluid Ads from May 2020 to October 2023. Earlier experience includes positions such as Technical Lead System Operations - Linux and Senior Linux Systems Engineer at AsianLogic, Linux Administrator I at Rackspace, and L2 and L1 Linux Support Engineer at Armor Defense Inc. Alex began a career in IT as a Junior Linux Systems Administrator at YOMA. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in BSc (Hons) Software Engineering and a Foundation Certificate in Computing from Liverpool John Moores University, along with secondary education at The Mosslands School and The Mosslands 6th Form.
