Chris Porsgaard

Chris Porsgaard is a Danish entrepreneur and business executive. Chris is the current Principal at SEED Capital, a position they have held since February 2022.

Porsgaard previously served as a Senior Venture Architect with Rainmaking from September 2020 to February 2022. Prior to that, they were Co-Founder of JAGDER from May 2016 to August 2017.

From September 2015 to September 2020, Porsgaard worked as an Engagement Manager with Implement Consulting Group. In this role, they worked on projects within M&A, due diligence (operational and commercial), supply chain strategy, warehouse and distribution design, and cost-out for private equity, FMCG, construction, heavy machinery, transport, and shipping industries.

Before joining Implement Consulting Group, Porsgaard worked as an Assistant Consultant with NNE Pharmaplan from February 2014 to September 2015. In this role, they were responsible for Six Sigma methods, applied statistics, data analysis and data mining, internal development, and workshop facilitation.

Porsgaard has also served as Co-founder of Profdeals.dk from September 2013 to August 2014 and as Co-Founder and Board Member of Future Entrepreneurs of Denmark from January 2013 to January 2014. Additionally, they served as Vice President and Daily Manager of Stardust-DTU from December 2012 to June 2014.

Chris Porsgaard has a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technical University of Denmark, as well as a Master's Degree in Visiting Graduate from Stanford University. Chris also has a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing and Engineering Management from the Technical University of Denmark. In addition, they have an Access Course certification from the Technical University of Denmark. Chris also has certifications from NNE Pharmaplan in Design for Six Sigma - Robust design and Six Sigma Statistics for Green/Black Belts.
