Andrea Dickson

Andrea Dickson serves as the Senior Director of Communications at Seed Global Health since March 2023, leading strategic communications including branding and storytelling to convey the organization's impact to various stakeholders. Previously, Andrea held the position of Associate Director of Communications at JSI | John Snow, Inc. from June 2008 to March 2023, where oversight of a global health portfolio and a team of 15 professionals encompassed operations across 16 countries. Andrea’s experience also includes serving as a Senior Development Outreach and Communications Officer at USAID from 2004 to 2007, where the development of the first communications strategy for the USAID/Caucasus mission was a key accomplishment. Earlier career experience includes co-directing the Mother Caroline Academy and Education Center. Educational qualifications include a MALD degree in Development Economics and International Education Policy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a BA in International Relations from Tufts University.
