Julie Mann has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Julie is currently serving as the Associate Director of Midwifery at Seed Global Health since January 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Associate Director of Midwifery & Clinical Midwife at Mount Auburn Hospital starting from March 2005. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Global Health Nursing Fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital. Julie also has experience as a Medical Education Fellow at Harvard University/Mount Auburn Hospital from August 2015 to June 2016 and as the Co-Director of Women's Health at Partners In Health from June 2004 to July 2006. Julie began their professional journey as a Peace Corps Volunteer from 1998 to 1999.
Julie Mann began their education in 1994 at the University of Michigan, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and English Literature, completing it in 1998. Julie furthered their studies and enrolled at Yale University from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in Midwifery. Currently, Julie is attending the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health as an MPH Candidate, focusing on Maternal Child Health. Julie 'sMPH program commenced in 2019 and is expected to conclude in 2022.
