Patrick Fine

Patrick Fine currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for Seed Global Health and as Chair of the Board of Directors at GOPA - USA, positions held since September 2024 and November 2023, respectively. Fine's previous roles include Nonresident Senior Fellow at The Brookings Institution until September 2025, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at FHI 360 from March 2013 to September 2021, and Vice President of Compact Operations at the Millennium Challenge Corporation from March 2010 to March 2013. Additionally, Fine held senior positions at the Academy for Educational Development and USAID, serving in various capacities including Senior Deputy Assistant Administrator for the Africa Bureau. Fine's early career included roles in project management at the National University of Lesotho and education coordination within the City of Boston and the Peace Corps. Educational credentials include a Master of Education from the University of Massachusetts and a Bachelor of Science from Missouri State University.
