Justin Pease

Justin Pease is a Senior Software Engineer at Seed Health since August 2022, previously serving as a Senior Full Stack Agile Software Developer at Allstate from June 2016 to July 2022. Prior to their software development career, Justin owned and operated a residential house painting business, Paramount Painting LLC, from April 2010 to May 2015. Justin's experience in the painting industry includes roles as Crew Foreman at Mark Svanda LLC from June 2003 to January 2010 and Painter at Mark Svanda Painting LLC from June 1998 to June 2003. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Human Relations from WCSU, obtained between 1998 and 2003, and completed the Turing School of Software & Design program from 2015 to 2016.
