Tristan currently serves as the Vice President of Programs at SEED SPOT, where they oversee the development and implementation of entrepreneurial programs. Prior to this role, they held positions such as Director of Training and Support and Senior Director of Entrepreneur Education at SEED SPOT. In these roles, they trained community leaders, worked towards building local entrepreneurial ecosystems, and helped educate and invest in entrepreneurs creating solutions to social problems.

Before joining SEED SPOT, Tristan was the Founder/Director/Instructor at Humor Writes, a creative writing curriculum that incorporated improvisational comedy to foster collaboration and confidence in students. Tristan also developed a curriculum aligned with educational standards and implemented measurable assessments.

Tristan also has experience as the Director of Sales & Marketing at Silver & Sage Jewelry, where they achieved significant growth through strategic planning and the creation of marketing campaigns. Additionally, they worked as a Key Leader at lululemon athletica, where they provided personalized development for a team and organized large-scale events.

Following this, from 2006 to 2008, Tristan attended Dominican University, where they obtained a Masters in the Art of Teaching with a specialization in Middle School Methods.
