Alan S. Roemer

Alan S. Roemer is an experienced leader in the biotechnology and healthcare sectors, currently serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors at IN8bio, which focuses on innovative T cell therapies for cancer treatments. Roemer also holds advisory roles at Seed Therapeutics and Biolojic Design, Ltd., while contributing as a board member at Shir for Life and as a strategic partner at Forty51 Ventures. As a trustee and treasurer at Helene Fuld College of Nursing, Roemer supports nursing education initiatives. Prior experience includes chairmanship at UTILITY therapeutics, significant contributions to NexImmune, Inc., as well as founding involvement in DC Brau Brewing LLC. Roemer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University, an MBA, and a Master of Public Health from Emory University.
