Carlos Rojas

Carlos Rojas is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Finance at SouthEast Effective Development (SEED) since June 2025, where responsibilities include overseeing accounting functions, budgeting, financial statements, and presentations to the Finance Committee and Board. Prior positions include Chief Financial Officer at Sound Generations, Director of Finance at various organizations such as Senior Services of Snohomish County and Oregon Primary Care Association, and Finance Manager at OHSU. Carlos has a solid background in managing budgets from multiple funding sources, including large Federal contracts and grants. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universidad Autonoma de Centro America and coursework in Governmental Fund Accounting and Auditing from Portland State University.
