Jayniel Carl Manuel has been working in the ESS sector since 2017. Jayniel Carl began their career as an intern at the Philippine Department of Labor and Employment in 2017. In 2018, they were an Equity Analyst at ISS | Institutional Shareholder Services, and also an Equity Sales Trader at Eastern Securities Development Corporation. In 2019, they were an Equities Dealer and Equity Sales Trader at AB Capital Securities, Inc., where they were responsible for risk management, money management, technical analysis, fundamental analysis, and fund management.
