Joanne Maquilla

Joanne Maquilla has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2005 at Sun Life Financial. At Sun Life Financial, they held the roles of Associate, Analyst, Supervisor, and Consultant from 2005 to 2015. Joanne then moved to Seedbox Philippines in 2017, where they held the roles of AVP for Customer Operations, Head of Customer Operations, Head of Operations, and Operations Manager. In each role, they were responsible for a variety of tasks, including training curriculum design, managing workloads and schedules, analysis and implementation of process improvements, and more.

Joanne Maquilla obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Miriam College between 2001 and 2005, with a major in Marketing and Finance. Joanne then pursued a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General from De La Salle University between 2008 and 2009.
