Artur Racicki has a long and varied work experience. In 2003, they co-founded Enzo Sp. z o.o. Interactive Agency. In 2006, they became the CEO and co-founder of Sport24.pl Sp. z o.o. In 2010, they became a shareholder of Social Kiwi - Social Media Agency. In 2016, they became CMO and co-founder of SEEDiA.city and a guest lecturer at Kozminski University. In 2019, they became the chairman of the supervisory board and shareholder of FCapp - Football Challenge App, head of mentors for Startup Spark, and podcast host for Impact The Future. In 2020, they became co-founder of Fair Water.

Artur Racicki obtained their MBA from Kozminski University in 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Master's Degree in Economics from Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski Jana Pawła II in 2004. Artur also holds a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Kozminski University.
