Marcio Lempert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in venture capital and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at SYN Ventures, Marcio also holds positions as a Board Observer at Refine Intelligence, a Board Member at Reveal Security, and a Founder & Advisor Director at Red Access. Additional advisory roles include BOD Advisor at Cynomi and various board memberships including Omnisys. Marcio has been a lecturer in the Argov Program in Leadership & Diplomacy at IDC Herzliya since 2017 and is involved with Glilot Capital Partners and the Moshal Scholarship Program as a member and mentor respectively. Marcio’s academic background includes an M.B.A. from Bentley University and a B.Sc. in Management & Business Administration from Lesley University, complemented by practical engineering credentials in Electronics & Computers.
