Seeds Consulting is the London-based leading consultancy firm providing business development and franchising services to quick-service, fast-casual and casual dining restaurant companies.

Established in 2010 by partners Matteo Frigeri and David Liveing, Seeds Consulting has successfully completed a variety of projects - from concept development to international franchising - adding value to its clients at various stages of their growth.

Unlike most franchise consultancies, Seeds Consulting specialises in the F&B sector offering a much wider service spectrum than traditional franchise brokerage.

Seeds Consulting added value comes from a deep knowledge of the food and retail industries in such areas as consumer dynamics, real estate, supply chain, finance, store management systems and industry legislation, which are not normally covered by multi-sector generalist franchise consultancies.
