Seeds Occupational Therapy is a small, values-led practice providing home-based paediatric occupational therapy across Melbourne’s western suburbs.

We support children with developmental, sensory, or behavioural challenges to build confidence, independence, and meaningful daily skills. Our therapy is family-centred, play-based, and tailored to each child’s unique needs, helping them thrive at home, school, and in the community.

Founded and led by an Occupational Therapist, Seeds OT was created to offer genuine, high-quality care without the pressure or complexity of large organisations. We believe in fair pay, flexible work, and empowering OTs to grow as independent clinicians within a supportive, collaborative team.

While our main base is Melbourne’s inner-west, we’re always looking to expand into new areas of Melbourne as our team grows — bringing accessible, compassionate, and evidence-based occupational therapy to more families.
