Kamaya L.

Kamaya L. is an experienced professional currently serving as the Fieldwork and Operations Coordinator at One Minute to Midnight since March 2025 and as a Program Assistant at Seeds of Fortune Inc. since April 2024. Previously, Kamaya worked as an Operations Associate at Success Academy Charter Schools and held the role of Accounting Associate at McCauley Tax Consultants. Additional experience includes positions as a Professional Learning Operations Scheduling Associate and Education Technology Fellow at Curriculum Associates and the DC Office of the State Superintendent of Education, respectively. Kamaya has also worked as a Middle School Social Studies Teacher at Hope Community Public Charter School and gained teaching experience through roles as a Summer Program Instructor at MANY LANGUAGES ONE VOICE, a Student Teacher at Dunbar High School, and a Teaching Assistant at Phillips Academy.
