Ntandoyenkosi Shezi

Ntandoyenkosi Shezi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, entrepreneurship, and technology. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Mustard Finance Group since August 2022, Ntandoyenkosi also co-founded ISpani Group in February 2017, a data insights company specializing in consumer data in the informal market. Additionally, as an Entrepreneur In Residence at Seedstars, support is provided to early-stage tech startups. Ntandoyenkosi is a Fellow at the Allan Gray Orbis Foundation, recognized for entrepreneurial potential and development within Southern Africa. Previously, involvement included co-founding Jonga, a tech startup focused on low-cost home security solutions, and serving as Entrepreneurship Project Manager at ABSIP UCT, fostering networking and innovation in the financial services sector. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Science in Finance from the University of Cape Town, completed from 2014 to 2017.
