Samantha Batista

Samantha Batista has a diverse background in investment and consulting roles. Samantha most recently worked as an Investment Lead for Seedstars, focusing on investments in the LatAm region. Prior to that, they co-founded WhoIsRaising.vc, a resource for the VC community in NYC. Samantha also served as an Investment Officer at Promotora Social México, where they made equity and debt investments in companies that generate well-being for vulnerable populations. Samantha has also held positions as an Investment Associate at Pomona Impact, a Growth & Investment Strategy Consultant at Agora Partnerships, a Strategic Business Consultant at Groupon Latam, and an Investment Associate at Partnership Fund for New York City. Samantha started their career as a Senior Analyst at Goldman Sachs and an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays Capital. Additionally, Samantha gained experience as a Quality Assurance Business Analyst during their senior year at Yale University.
