Johannes Paysen

Johannes Paysen is an experienced leader in the advertising and technology sectors, currently serving as Managing Director at Seedtag DACH since September 2025. Prior roles include Managing Director for Central Europe at Magnite from November 2020 to September 2025 and Country Manager for Germany & MENA at GroundTruth between June 2015 and October 2020. Johannes also held significant positions at Microsoft Deutschland GmbH as a Senior Account Executive and Key Account Manager, and previously at freeXmedia and freenet AG, where there was a focus on developing mobile advertising products. Early career experiences include management roles at new directions GmbH and IBM Deutschland. Johannes holds a Diplom Kaufmann degree from the University of Hamburg and a Bachelor's degree from UCLA.
