Akanksha S. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Akanksha started their career as an intern at the Indian Premier League India in 2008. Akanksha then interned at InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, where they gained experience in various departments such as banquets, bakery, garde manger, housekeeping, and human resources. In 2009, they joined Fortune Park Hotels Ltd as a Management Trainee, working in the Food & Beverage Service Department for 5 months before moving to the Sales Department. After that, they worked as a Banquet Sales Executive at Vivanta by Taj - Fishermans Cove and as a MICE Travel Consultant as an independent freelancer. In 2013, they joined The Investors Fortune (Nine Financial Gain Services), initially working as a Manager Sales & Digital Marketing and later as a Senior Manager Events & Marketing. Since 2018, they have been associated with SeedWill Consulting, first as AVP Marketing, then as VP Marketing, and finally as Senior VP Marketing and President, responsible for crafting strategies, managing budgets, setting goals, and recruiting and mentoring teams.
Akanksha S. has a diverse education history that spans various fields of study. In 2002, they attended St Xavier's and completed their SSC in Commerce. Akanksha then pursued their HSC at Central Academy Schools from 2004 to 2006. In 2006, they enrolled in Punjab Technical University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management in 2009. During the same period, they also attended IIAS Education Group for Hospitality and Tourism Management.
In 2007, Akanksha received a certificate in Food & Beverage Management from AHLEI - American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute. Akanksha continued to enhance their skills and knowledge by obtaining various certifications. In 2020, they received a Certificate in Strategic Management from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI), a Certificate in Data Science from INSAID, and a Certificate in Digital Media Marketing from the Academy For Digital Marketing Courses.
More recently, in 2020 and 2021, Akanksha pursued executive education at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, where they completed the Advanced Program in Marketing (APMP). Additionally, they obtained several certifications in marketing and leadership from LinkedIn, including Advanced Product Marketing, Affiliate Marketing Foundations, Agile Project Leadership, Global Strategy, and Marketing Foundations.
Lastly, in 2011, they obtained the Million Dollar Round Table qualification from MDRT, which suggests a level of expertise and success in the field of finance.
