Neha Sivaprakasam possesses extensive experience in digital transformation and IT leadership, currently serving as IT/Digital Head at Seedworks International Pvt. Ltd. since April 2022. Prior to this role, Neha held the position of AVP - Digital Transformation at Avanse Financial Services Ltd. from October 2021 to April 2022 and contributed to digital initiatives at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages from October 2017 to October 2021. Neha's career began as a Business Analyst at i-Fact Technologies, followed by roles at Cognizant as a Programmer Analyst and at Phoenix as IT Senior Manager. Neha holds a Master's Degree in Software Engineering from Kongu Engineering College and an MBA in Information Systems from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
