Marcelo Lima

Marcelo Lima is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as CEO of 10b Gestora de Recursos since July 2019, Marcelo also holds the position of Chairman at Agrivalle Brasil and Rúmina S.A. since 2020. Additionally, Marcelo is an investor in various ventures, including True Source, Seedz, Ideagri Ltda., OnFarmbr, and Consorciei. Marcelo is a member of the Board of Directors at Rehagro and has held the titles of Managing Partner and CEO at Tarpon Investimentos from November 2007 till May 2025. Marcelo's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and studies at USP - Universidade de São Paulo and Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
