Anthony Ballance, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from NC State College of Engineering, has had an extensive career in the farming industry. Anthony previously worked as an Owner Operator at Ballance Farms Inc for over 25 years before transitioning to Senior Estimator at Seegars Fence Company. Prior to these roles, Anthony briefly served as a Farrow to Wean Farm Serviceman at Spring Meadow Farm.

Seegars Fence currently operates 14 fence installation and material sales locations through out the Carolin's and Virginia. Seegars has over 225 team members, operates over 70 crews daily and maintains an inventory level over six million.
