John Francis (Blue)

John "Blue" Francis has extensive experience in estimating, currently serving as an Estimator at Seegars Fence Company since July 2015. Prior to this role, John Francis dedicated over two decades to the United States Marine Corps, where John "Blue" held the position of Operations Chief in Infantry from February 1994 to July 2015. John Francis completed education at Hazelwood West High School, graduating in 1993.
