Mahmood Saadi

Mahmood Saadi is an accomplished construction manager with extensive experience in the petroleum sector. Currently serving as the Construction Manager at Seeh Al Sarya Engineering LLC since March 2020, Mahmood oversees the PDO Off-Plot Mechanical Contract across various clusters. Previously, Mahmood held the position of Head of Construction for the Yibal Rejuvenation Project at Petroleum Development Oman from July 2012 to March 2019, leading a complex rejuvenation initiative and managing multiple challenging projects. Mahmood also worked on site construction projects as the Head of Construction for Qarnalam oil and steam operations, and contributed as a CSR/Control and Automation Support Engineer at Daleel Petroleum LLC during the delivery of the first power plant project. Earlier experience includes roles as Project Engineer and Senior Control & Automation Support Engineer at Petroleum Development Oman, where Mahmood successfully led several projects and construction activities. Mahmood holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic & Control Systems Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
