Rafael Arias

Rafael Arias has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Their most recent position was as the Head of Operations and Programs at Seeing Machines, where they were responsible for product strategy, execution of programs, and contract manufacturing. Prior to that, they served as the Owner and Co-Founder of 3R International Trade, where they provided trading services and consulting in lean manufacturing and project management. Rafael also worked at Thales as an Industrialization Manager, managing manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and project management. Rafael has also held positions at Robert Bosch GmbH, where they served as a Manufacturing Operations and Engineering Jr. Manager, a Senior Project Manager, a Senior Financial Controller, and a Manufacturing and Operations Lead. Rafael also worked as a Quality Engineer at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer at Robert Bosch GmbH. Rafael started their career as a Logistics Engineer at Valeo Climate Control de Mexico S.A. De C.V.

Rafael Arias holds a Bachelor's or Equivalent to Honours Degree in Industrial Engineering and Systems from Universidad del Valle de México, which they completed from 2006 to 2010. Rafael also obtained a Diploma in Global Business from Walden University in the year 2010. Later on, they pursued a Master's of International Business degree specializing in International Business at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2012 to 2013. In terms of additional certifications, they completed a course on Cybersecurity at Work offered by LinkedIn in 2020.
