Shawn Wu

Shawn (Zhenyu) Wu is a Senior HW & System Engineer at Seeing Machines since March 2016, serving as the hardware lead for the Guardian Gen3 product, a smart driver monitoring system with cloud access. Prior to this role, Shawn worked at NXP after its acquisition of Freescale Semiconductor from September 2005 to July 2015, where responsibilities included serving as a project manager for a 24V automotive lighting switch IC and as the product/test engineer lead, overseeing the development and delivery of four families of integrated circuit products. Shawn's career began at Motorola Semiconductor from August 2002 to August 2005 as a production test engineer, focusing on maintaining the production test line and optimizing manufacturing processes. Shawn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Civil Aviation University of China and is pursuing a Master's Degree in Integrated Circuit Engineering at Tianjin University.
