Ajay Sangwan

Ajay Sangwan is an experienced professional in customer success and operations, currently serving as the Regional Head of Customer Success & Utilization for Asia at SEEK since February 2022. Prior to this role, Ajay held positions including Regional Head of Customer Experience & Utilization and Senior Manager of Regional Operations Strategy at SEEK, contributing to the company's expansion and customer engagement efforts across Asia. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Strategy Officer at SSF, and as Group Commercial Manager at AirAsia. As a co-founder and COO of TribeHired, Ajay led the company through significant growth, ultimately winning "Startup of the Year 2015" in Malaysia. Ajay's educational background includes an MBA in Strategic Marketing, as well as ongoing studies towards a Masters in Pastoral Studies.
