Jodie Crawley

Jodie Crawley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, client support, and business management. Currently serving as Head of Customer Success & Client Support ANZ at SEEK since November 2003, Jodie is responsible for the strategic development of the Customer Success and Enablement teams across Australia and New Zealand. This role encompasses overseeing learning and development programs, recognition initiatives, and sales conferences. Additionally, Jodie owns and operates Dragonfly's Early Learning, a childcare service in Coolum Beach, and has held various leadership roles in previous positions, including State Manager for Queensland at SEEK and International Marketing and Sponsorship Manager for the Asia Pacific ICT Awards. Jodie's educational background includes multiple diplomas from Melbourne Business School and other institutions, along with certifications in project management and mental health first aid.
