Katherine Crossbell is an experienced professional in commercial growth and sales strategy, currently serving as Senior Commercial Growth Manager APAC – Adjacent Revenue at SEEK since November 2014. Katherine has held multiple roles at SEEK, including Senior Growth Manager, Commercial Sales Strategy Manager, Pre Sales Consultant, and Client Product Specialist, where responsibilities included designing sales strategies, shaping go-to-market approaches, and maximizing client value through tailored recommendations and training initiatives. Prior to SEEK, Katherine developed expertise in business development and hospitality during tenures at The Langham Melbourne and Quay West Suites Auckland, alongside internships at Huka Lodge. Katherine holds a degree in International Hotel Management from the International College of Hotel Management, completed in 2010.
