Marissa Hanafi

Marissa Hanafi serves as the Head of Community and Commercial Partnerships for Asia at SEEK since August 2021, leading regional commercial and community operations to enhance user engagement and drive growth in content consumption. Previously, Marissa held various roles at SEEK, including Interim Head of Community and Head of Business Development & Commercial Partnerships, where efforts focused on strategic partnerships and user experience improvements. Marissa's prior experience includes a position as Head of OTT & Content at POPS Worldwide, overseeing operations for an AVOD multimedia service, and as Head of Business Development for GenNext at Astro, where responsibilities included negotiating strategic partnerships in the Kids and International content sectors. Early in the career, Marissa worked at L'Oréal as an APM for L'Oréal Paris & Garnier, managing brand strategies across retail channels, and as a Consumer Insights Specialist at GroupM.
