Vic Sithasanan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in driving growth and establishing market leadership in various industries. Currently serving as Managing Director for both Singapore and Malaysia at SEEK since July 2021, Vic nearly doubled revenue in Malaysia and solidified the company's position in the recruitment marketplace. Previously, Vic held roles as Chief Growth Officer at Everise, leading digital customer experiences, and at HYPERLAB, managing growth and automation solutions in conversational AI as both Chief Growth Officer and CEO. With a strong background in digital transformation from previous roles at Next Digital, FutureLab Asia, and Proximity, Vic boasts a robust track record in technology integration and innovative strategy. Vic holds a BEng (H) in Electronic and Communication Engineering from the University of Bristol.
