Sophia Caldevilla

Sophia Caldevilla serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at SEEK Medical Affairs since January 2024, following a progressive career at TalentoHCM as an Account Executive, Recruitment Specialist, and Recruiting Analyst from January 2022 to December 2023. Prior experience includes administrative roles at JD Management Consultant Group LLC (May 2018 - January 2022) and Luxe Living Realty (March 2013 - February 2015). In addition, Sophia has held various customer-facing positions, including Assistant Studio Manager and Social Media Coordinator at Ahana Yoga and Front Desk Staff roles at Green Monkey and Flywheel Sports. Sophia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Florida International University, obtained between 2018 and 2020.
