Jared Callaghan

Jared Callaghan has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Jared most recently worked at Seekintoo as the Director of Operations since September 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager of Business Process from June 2020 to September 2021 at the same company. Before joining Seekintoo, Jared worked at Shaw Communications for 14 years, starting from 2005. At Shaw Communications, they held various roles such as Syndication Lead, Sr Analyst for Advanced Technology Operations, Incident Coordinator III, and IT Service Centre Analyst. Jared started their career at Shaw Communications as a Helpdesk Agent and Technical Service Representative. In their role as an Incident Coordinator III, Jared played a key role in streamlining and improving the service availability and management processes for multiple digital platforms. Jared also demonstrated strong organizational and multi-tasking skills during critical incidents like flooding and wildfires, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with senior leadership.

Jared Callaghan attended DeVry Institute of Technology from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology - BTech degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In addition to their degree, they have also acquired two additional certifications. In June 2018, they became a Splunk Certified User, obtaining this certification from Splunk. In December 2013, they obtained an ITIL Foundation Certificate from EXIN your ICT competence partner.
